Irrigation water filters commonly utilize water from ponds, wells, rivers, lakes, reservoirs or from such non-conventional sources as desalinated seawater or treated waste/drainage water to provide a reliable supply to a greenhouse growing operation. In applications where water pH is monitored, a final reverse osmosis (RO) process may be used. self-cleaning filters act as an ideal pre-filter for reverse osmosis.
It is advised to pre-filter feed water before it reaches the RO membrane. irrigation water filtration systems efficiently remove particulate matter that could potentially obstruct flow through such finer filter elements.
Description
This filter is installed between the irrigation valve and drip regulator and protects drip emitters from rust, sand and other impurities that may clog them. The 150 mesh screen is easily removed for cleaning by unscrewing the threaded cap. Drip emitters are less likely to clog if you install proper filtration.
